You have two options to create a new booking online
- Login with your user ID and password -> Click on E-Booking
- Click on Quick Links -> E- Booking -> Login with your user ID and password
Q: When I do my e- booking when will I get the booking confirmation?
You will receive booking confirmation in 2 business hours.
Q: How to handle repetitive bookings?
If this is your first booking then follow below steps
- Go to E-Booking -> Click on Export or Import Ebooking
- Select Ocean or Air -> Click on eBooking button
- Enter booking details -> Enter eBooking Template Name -> Click on Save Template -> Click on View Template
- Template Page Open and will list Saved templates -> Click on the Template name link to re use and submit the new booking for the repeat shipments
If you have earlier saved a booking template and want to reuse then follow Step 1,2 and 3
Q: Can I attach the documents for reference while doing eBookings with you?
Yes, you can upload documents in Word, Excel, GIF, PDF format such as Shipper Invoice, Packing list, Certificate for ref. etc. while doing eBooking.
Q: Can I submit Shipping Instructions online?
Yes, you can submit the Shipping Instructions to receive the Draft HB/L using the Confirmed Booking No mailed to you.
- Go to Shipping Instruction
- Enter the Confirmed Booking Number-> Make changes as relevant on the displayed information
- Click Submit button.
You can also submit your shipping instruction by clicking the link ‘Click Here’ which you can see in Booking, Stuffing or ONBOARD confirmation sent to you on the mail.
